I am currently an Honors University student at the University of Washington in Seattle. I have a 4.0 unweighted GPA and am a recipient of the Dean's list. I am planning on double majoring in English and Business Administration. I've consistently excelled academically. I received the Washington State Honors Award as I ranked in top 10% of 2020 Washington Graduates. I won the AP Scholar with Honor Award for my excellence on the advanced placement exams. In addition, I was awarded the 2017 Lions Club Award for my outstanding academic achievement and commitment to improving my community.
Experience
I placed in the top 96% on the ACT Writing section. I received a perfect score (36) on the ACT Reading section, meaning I placed in the top 99% percent aisle. In addition, I scored extremely high on the Advanced Placement English and Composition exam. I have real world english and composition experience as I was the associate head writer for a prominent newspaper. My articles garnered thousands of views daily and ranged in topics from politics to human interest. My passion has always been and is english, reading, and composition. Throughout my many years of education, I've excelled in dozens of english, writing, and reading classes, consistently tutoring my friends and peers, while often being the Teacher's Assistant for my English teachers.

Hobbies
In my free time, I love to read, write, ski, and run. I'm currently writing two novels (one is a mystery-thriller and the other is adult fiction). I enjoy spending my time with my five cats and baking pies! Overall, I want to help your student love reading, writing, english, and composition as much as I do! Whether your student needs help writing or editing an essay, practicing critical analysis of a text, or simply needs some extra help becoming more comfortable with the subject, I am the one for you! I'm extremely flexible and excited to be able to tailor my sessions to help best meet the needs of your student! I have the skills, knowledge, and experience to be able to help students of all ages - from high school students to middle schoolers to elementary school students - grow and thrive!
